Browsing the Harvard Business Review site, I spotted a 2015 article by Carolyn O’Hara, “How to Negotiate Nicely Without Being a Pushover.” I hadn’t seen the piece when it came out and as it happens, I was quoted a couple of times. Nothing profound, but overall, it’s meant as an encouraging reminder that we don’t to be nasty to get a good deal.
